Permalink Reply by Tammie Pearson on August 21, 2012 at 7:26pm I've had the same issue in dealing with two monitors. I returned to school today with a new monitor as my secondary one and had to re-setup my configuration again. It seems like my Smart Ink is working as in I can draw on the board with my smart ink pens and then i can touch the object and move it, erase it, and delete it. However, when I display a web page and try to click on it I get nothing. I also can't get PowerPoints to respond. When I touch the screen, it shows up on my other monitor instead. Any ideas???

Permalink Reply by Tammie Pearson on August 28, 2012 at 9:54am I found the solution to my problem. I did not know that the Smart Board and the Primary monitor have to be on the same video card. I wanted my Smart Board to be on my secondary monitor where I could drag the things over to that monitor that I wanted the students to see. I didn't want my students seeing my icons or task bar. So we just dragged those items over to the secondary monitor which I use as my "main monitor". So basically the Smart Board MUST be your Primary monitor. Hope this helps someone else! :)
